FAQ

What's the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by August 2nd so we can finalize arrangements and ensure an accurate guest count.
Can I bring a guest?
Your invitation will indicate whether a plus one has been reserved for you.
Are children welcome?
While we adore your little ones, our ceremony and reception will be adults only, with the exception of a few close family children.
We know many of our guests will be traveling with children, and we're working on recommendations to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
When should I arrive in Rio?
We recommend arriving by Wednesday, October 21st, so you can join us for the Welcome Party and enjoy a few days in the city before the wedding.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes. Shuttle transportation will be provided between designated locations in the South Zone and the wedding venue. Additional details, pick up points, and schedules will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.
Please note that there will be no on-site parking available.
Can I take pictures and videos?
We have entrusted an incredible team of photographers and videographers to capture every special moment of the celebration. We kindly ask that all phones and cameras remain put away during the ceremony so that everyone can be fully present.
Once the ceremony has concluded, we would love for you to take photos, capture memories, and celebrate alongside us throughout the evening.
Will Charlie be attending the wedding?
While Charlie was heavily involved in the planning process, he will not be attending the wedding. By October, he'll be just over a year old and will be taking a well-deserved break after serving as Creative Director, Head of Hospitality, and General Supervisor of the event. Instead, he'll be enjoying a vacation from his parents while cheering us on from afar.
